Please reserve August 7 & 8^th, 2012 on your calendar for the upcoming annual FREC meeting that will be hosted at the University of Minnesota.  The meeting will start at 5:30pm on August 7^th with a networking social and dinner followed by a presentation from an external speaker.  On August 8th, the agenda will consist of research project updates, review and selection of new projects, a discussion of advancements in the field and any new Center business.   Please click here for the meeting agenda.

This year we are pleased to announce Julie Holmstrom, Director G-Tech Ingredients & Biosciences from General Mills, will give the speaker presentation on Aug 7^th at 7pm.
