A complimentary Symposium organized and hosted by the University of Minnesota and sponsored by Waters Corporation Centers of Innovation.
This symposium is open to all scientists with an interest in food and flavor research using mass spectrometry. Registration is now open.


Figuring Out Flavor
Using “flavoromics” and a new state-of-the-art flavor lab, 
food scientists at the University of Minnesota are collaborating with
