Devin Peterson, Ph.D., has been actively involved in flavor research for more than 10 years. During this time he has published over 38 research articles.
He has contributed original research papers and reviews to a number of scientific journals. Dr. Peterson's teaching experience includes Food Analysis, Food Chemistry, Flavor Technology and Flavor Chemistry.
In 2004, Dr. Peterson received the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientist and Engineers which is presented by the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy as the nation's highest recognition of scientific professionals at the start of their independent research careers.
